After leaving his mark on the mother church country music, the Ryman Auditorium, back in May of 2011, Chuck Ragan graced one of Nashville’s smaller stages for an intimate night of powerful punk-tinged, choir-soaked, throat-mangling alt-western songs (enough hyphens for you?). Chuck may have the spotlight, but the talent of his partnering musicians — fiddle player Jon Gaunt and bassist Joe Ginsberg — make their collaboration something worth witnessing (as you’re about to witness).
