Josh Foster Discusses New Solo Endeavor

A few weeks back, we told you about Josh Foster’s new solo project on Now Records in our weekly mashup. Well, on Wednesday he debuted some live tracks at Exit/In to kick off Mike Hererra’s stop in Nashville and Sinizine.net caught him in the green room right before his set.
In this video, Josh, a Washington D.C. transplant most noted as the lead singer of Parachute Musical, discusses the new solo recordings, what catalyzed the project, his live debut and more. He broke into his backlog of songs and partnered with local label Now Records to produce his first single “Saturday Night” and others.
You may wonder who he’s looking at stage left — that’s his wife Mary.
