Jukebox Romantics Interview
by Dave Sharp on Mar 14th, 2011
The band’s in their relative infancy, but they play originals and covers that hearken back to that good ole late 80′s early 90′s punk rock. They would be an obvious choice for Operation Ivy, Bouncing Souls or NOFX tribute albums. In fact, when they stopped in Nashville to play one of their belligerent punk rock shows, they featured covers of NOFX’s “Linoleum” and the Bouncing Souls’ “Hopeless Romantic.”
Straight out of the Lower Hudson (LoHud) area of New York Joe, Seth, Terry, Malarkey and Bobby Rad himself (guitarist with The Hand Me Downs) lined up against the outer wall of the “World’s Largest Adult Bookstore” to discuss with Sinizine.net why they won’t be on Warped this year, celebrating their second full-length and much more.
